As a user of the hybrid or cloud solution, if you encounter license-related issues, please contact Bizzdesign Support.

Activating your Enterprise Studio software license is needed if you are installing Enterprise Studio for the first time, if the existing license is about to expire or has expired, or if Enterprise Studio has stopped working. 

Required roles

System Administrator


  1. Contact Bizzdesign Support, and request a new license key.

  2. After you have received a new license key from Bizzdesign, sign in to the Horizzon Server as a System Administrator user, and in the sidebar menu, click Settings > License .

  3. In License key, enter the license key you have received.

  4. Click Apply to save the changes.
