Changing your Horizzon password is NOT possible if you are signing in with Windows, Azure AD or another organizational account. In that case, please contact your system administrator.
- Open Horizzon in your web browser, and on the sign-in page, click Forgot password.
- Type your e-mail address, click Send, and then click Close. An e-mail message for resetting your password will be sent to you.
- Click the link in the e-mail message. The Set password page of Horizzon is opened.
- Type your new password, confirm the new password, and click Set password.
If your new password does not meet the requirements of the password policy of Horizzon, a message will appear telling which requirements your password needs to comply with, and you will need to adjust your password.
