Changing your Horizzon password is NOT possible if you are signing in with Windows, Azure AD or another organizational account. In that case, please contact your system administrator. 


  1. Open Horizzon in your web browser, and on the sign-in page, click Forgot password.

  2. Type your e-mail address, click Send, and then click Close. An e-mail message for resetting your password will be sent to you.

  3. Click the link in the e-mail message. The Set password page of Horizzon is opened.

  4. Type your new password, confirm the new password, and click Set password.

If your new password does not meet the requirements of the password policy of Horizzon, a message will appear telling which requirements your password needs to comply with, and you will need to adjust your password.
