When trying to sign in to the Team Server or the HoriZZon web portal, the web browser is trying to authenticate and reloads in an endless loop.
The issue can have several causes. Check them one by one:
- Clear the web browser's cache and remove temporary Internet Files.
- Make sure the system clock is correctly set. A difference of one minute can cause a problem (because of authentication cookies).
- Start the web browser with admin rights or try a different browser.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, further investigation is required. Create a HAR file and submit it to BiZZdesign Support for further analysis.
