To be able to delegate administrative tasks in the Team Server, you can grant users manage permissions for a model package or project. The permissions can be given to individual users who are directly invited to a model package or project (so not group invitations). A user with manage permissions for a model package or project can perform the following actions, in addition to permissions that are implied by being invited:

  • Revoke other users' invitations to the model package or project.
  • Revoke group invitations to the model package or project.
  • Remove other users' claims for the model package or project.
  • Change other users' access to the model package or project. Changing access is limited to the manager's own access rights for the model package or project. Granting more access than own access is not possible.
  • Grant manage permissions to other users who are directly invited to the model package or project and remove these permissions.

There can be multiple users with manage permissions for a specific model package or project.

Users who create a model package or project automatically receive the manage permissions for that model package or project. There can be multiple users with collaboration manage permissions for a specific model package or project.
