A number of the Horizzon configuration options can be set and changed in the Horizzon settings. Changing them requires the System Administrator role.
In addition, there are configuration options that are only applicable to the on-premise solution. They can be changed outside Horizzon, in configuration files. Accessing these file does not require any Horizzon role, but should only be done by application administrators who are familiar with installing and configuring software and databases.
