For the cloud software solution (Enterprise Studio Online, Team Server, and HoriZZon), BiZZdesign performs scheduled maintenance.

During weekly maintenance windows, BiZZdesign will perform maintenance tasks that have minimal impact. These tasks usually take less than 30 minutes of downtime for the cloud solution, such as the installation of operating system updates and scaling of servers. The maintenance schedule can be found below.

Once every two weeks, your BiZZdesign software is updated to the latest release. This can take up to three hours to complete. BiZZdesign has notified your organization on when you can expect software updates. This can be in odd- or even-numbered weeks, using the week numbering scheme defined by the ISO 8601 standard.

Please take note that the week numbering scheme used by Outlook is not compliant with the ISO 8601 standard and will deviate from that in some years. In case of doubt, please refer to this page: http://www.week-numbers.com/.
