BiZZdesign Support can be contacted by authorized users by submitting a support request. Support requests are handled according to the priority classes and response times defined in the BiZZdesign Service License Agreement (SLA).
In case of emergency (priority class 1 support requests), you can submit a support request or call the BiZZdesign Support hotline, which is available 24/7. You can find the phone number in your BiZZdesign Service License Agreement.
Please take note that using the phone number for other purposes than submitting priority class 1 support requests may lead to related costs being charged to the customer.
