When creating or editing a document definition, it can have different statuses. The status is shown at the bottom left of the document definition in the view, and may be accompanied by one or more exclamation signs in the definition. Hovering an exclamation sign will show relevant information. An example:



A document definition can have following statuses:

  • Changed
  • Duplicate
  • Inconsistent
  • Invalid
  • Name exists
  • New
  • Out of date
  • Removed
  • Unknown
  • Up to date
