Signing in to Horizzon is not possible, the message "Processing sign-in" is shown. This can happen when using single sign-on (SSO) or authentication via e-mail and password.
Bizzdesign issues a token for validation. It is possible that the token is invalid due to an incorrect date/time on your client. Check if the date and time of your client is in sync with the date and time of the server you are trying to sign in to.
If you are trying to sign in to a hosted Horizzon, check if the date and time of your client is in sync with the date and time of your time zone. A possibility to check this is by typing https://time.is in your web browser. It will show the current time of your time zone. This is the time the hosted services use. Make sure your system matches this time. A difference of one minute can make a difference of being able to sign in or not.
