With the Team Platform functionality, you can track the progress of your model packages and work on model packages together with other people. The Team Platform functionality includes the following features.
Tracking progress of model packages
By tracking the progress of model packages, you can keep track of the development of your model packages. All changes made to a model package are shown in a timeline. At any time can be seen what changes have been made. Changes can be undone, and the model package can be restored to a previous point in time.

Working together on model packages
Multiple users work together on one more shared model packages that are stored on Horizzon. In order to be able to work together on a model package or project, the package or project must be shared and users need to be invited to the package or project in Enterprise Studio or via Horizzon.
Users make changes to the model packages and make these changes available to others by committing their contributions. Each participant has the possibility to include the contributions of others in their local copy of the model package. When working together on a model package, progress is also automatically tracked and shown in a timeline.
Horizzon is not only used as storage for shared model packages and projects, they can also be managed there.

Working together on projects
A project allows a team to work on parts of a model package in isolation. A project is always based on a "master" model package. Like model packages, projects are stored on Horizzon, and changes are shared between contributing users. Since a project is based on a model package, there is the possibility to include changes made to the project into its master model package, and reverse.
Model-level access control
Working together on model packages and projects supports model-level access control. When a model package or project is shared for working together, edit permissions for the package or project can be assigned to the invited users to determine which parts of the model package or project they can edit for contributing.

Activity Console
For the registration of all actions performed within the context of the Team Platform work, Enterprise Studio uses the Activity Console. The Activity Console registers all activities users have performed when working on model packages and projects. When a user commits changes, this contribution is saved in the central model package or project on Horizzon and stored on the other participating users' computers by means of synchronization via the Activity Console. By viewing the Activity Console users can see which activities have been performed within the context of a collaboration.
