Once a model package or project has been shared with others, their access to it that has initially been set when inviting them, can be changed in the Team Server. You may want to give someone additional edit permissions, or limit their permissions. This can be done by managing the user's or group's access to a model package or project in the Team Server.
If you have the Designer or Lead designer role, you can manage access to model packages and projects you are contributing to, and you can only change edit permissions for folders and models in them that you can edit. With the Administrator or System administrator role, you can change access permissions to any model package and project in the Team Server, for any selection of folders and models in it, and for any user and group.
Access to a model package or project can be managed from different pages: the model package or project page, the user page, and the group page.
- From the model package or project page: On the page, in Invited users or in Invited groups, click Manage access next to the user or group you want to manage access for. Example:
From the user or group page: On the page, in Package and project invitations, click Manage access next to the model package or project you want to manage the user's or group's access to. Example:
On the Manage access page, select the items in the model package or project for which you want to give edit permissions by clicking the boxes next to the items. Clear the items you want to remove edit permissions for.

When you are ready, click Apply to save the changes.
You can also access the model package or project page from Enterprise Studio. Go to File > Open, select the Team Server on which the model package or project is located, and then click Manage access next to the model package or project.
